Geomorphology

Introduction

In this page, we are going to talk about geomorphology, what is geomorphology, the differents and all the processes.

Geomorphology:

Concept of geomorphology: it is the study of the landscape.

Diference between landscape and lanforms: landscape is a mountainous terrain and a landform is an individual feature.

Extragenic processes that form landscape: These processes produce landforms after outer space impacts, such as meteors.

Endogenic processes that form landscape: these processes are produce by internal forces of the earth like volcanism and diastrophism, (tectonism, orogenesis and epierogenisis).

Exogenic processes that forms landforms: these processes are produce by external forces of the planet, such as weathering and erosion.

Example of landforms: slope, valley or mountain
